Your calling existed before did

He saved us and called us with a holy calling, not because of our works, but because of His own purpose and grace. This grace was given to us in Christ Jesus before time began – 2Tim 1:9

God you and you before you got here

For You created my innermost parts; You wove me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to You, because I am awesomely and wonderfully made; Wonderful are Your works, and my soul knows it very well. My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in seclusion, and skillfully formed in the dark of the womb; Your eyes have seen my formless substance; All the days that were ordained for me were written in Your book when as yet there was not one of them. The Lord called me from the womb, from the body of my mother He named my name. – Is 49:1b

Even before He made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in His eyes. God decided in advance to adopt us into His own family by bringing us to Himself through Jesus Christ. This is what He wanted to do, and it gave Him great pleasure. – Eph 1:4-5

God you for your Calling

Yes, the body has many different parts, not just one part. If the foot says, “I am not a part of the body because I am not a hand,” that does not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear says, “I am not part of the body because I am not an eye,” would that make it any less a part of the body? If the whole body were an eye, how would you hear? Or if your whole body were an ear, how would you smell anything? But our bodies have many parts, and God has put each part just where He wants it. How strange a body would be if it had only one part! Yes, there are many parts, but only one body. The eye can never say to the hand, “I don’t need you.” The head can’t say to the feet, “I don’t need you.” – 1Cor 12:14-21

All of you together are Christ’s body, and each of you is a part of it. – 1Cor 12:27

It’s something you ARE

The human heart is the most deceitful of all things – Jer 17:9a

He who trusts in his own heart is a fool, but he who walks wisely will be delivered. – Prov 28:26

The one who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To the one who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna, and I will give him a white stone, and a new name written on the stone which no one knows except the one who receives it. – Rev 2:17
