The Only Way

Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. For the gate is narrow and the way is constricted that leads to life, and there are few who find it. – Matt 7:13-14

  The with “All roads lead to God”

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through Me. – John 14:6

  Jesus is not “” way – He is “” Way

(Jesus speaking) For my Father’s will is that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day – John 6:40

Then Jesus again spoke to them, saying, “I am the Light of the world; the one who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.” – John 8:12

“I am the resurrection and the life; the one who believes in Me will live, even if he dies, and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die.” – John 11:25b-26a

“Why does this man speak that way? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins except God alone?” – Mark 2:7

The Jews picked up stones again to stone Him. Jesus replied to them, “I showed you many good works from the Father; for which of them are you stoning Me?” The Jews answered Him, “We are not stoning You for a good work, but for blasphemy; and because You, being a man, make Yourself out to be God.” – John 10:31-33

  Good and good don’t save us either

(Jesus speaking) “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of My Father who is in heaven will enter. Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name cast out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; leave Me, you who practice lawlessness.’” – Matt 7:21-23

  The only way is to believe Jesus

You must be born again – John 3:7b

That which has been born of the flesh is flesh, and that which has been born of the Spirit is spirit. – John 3:6

And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes will have eternal life in Him. For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life. For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but so that the world might be saved through Him. The one who believes in Him is not judged; the one who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the name of the only Son of God. – John 3:14-18
